Chocolate can be difficult to ship due to melting. We have done our best to create a shipping policy that delivers your order in optimal condition and at the best freight rate possible. A tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment. Please note that during warm weather months, we only ship Monday through Wednesday each week to protect the chocolates from melting in transit over the weekend.
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days of receipt.
The shipping rate is based on the size of your order, as indicated in the chart below. We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50.00
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking information can also be located by logging into your account and reviewing the order. Please note that once an order has been delivered, we cannot be responsible for damage or theft due to unattended packages, packages delayed due to natural causes (e.g. bad weather) or packages returned as ‘undeliverable’ due to incorrect address information provided to us.
Due to health and safety regulations, unfortunately we cannot exchange or accept returns on food products. All orders are non-returnable. If you are not 100% satisfied with our candies, please contact us and we will resolve the problem immediately.
